JUST EASY PEACH PIE 
3 cups fresh sliced peaches*
1 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Wash ripe peaches, peel, and slice.

In mixing bowl, add sugar and flour; mix two together. Add 1 egg. Mix by hand until consistency of corn meal. Place peaches in pan or baking dish. Spread egg-flour-sugar mixture over top of sliced peaches. Pour melted butter over top.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or until brown on top.

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.

Variation: May substitute apples for peaches.
