TUNA MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonaise
1/4 tsp. paprika

Blend first three ingredients in blender until smooth. Add next three ingredients to blender and mix.

Drain 1 can tuna (6 1/2 oz.); add to mixture. Beat 10 seconds. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
