SCOTCH SHORTBREAD | |
1 c. butter 2 c. flour 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Sift dry ingredients together and blend into the butter. Pat the dough into an ungreased 9 x 9 inch pan. Pierce with a fork through the dough every half inch. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Cut into squares while warm. |
