CIOPPINO 
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
4 tomatoes, peeled & chopped
6 oz. can tomato paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. paprika
2/3 c. sherry
4 c. water
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 lb. white fish
1/2 lb. shrimp
8 scallops
8 clams
Crab legs

Saute onion, garlic, parsley, celery and green pepper in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, paprika and sherry. Simmer 20 minutes. Add water, basil, rosemary, oregano and Worcestershire sauce and cook 45 to 60 minutes. Fifteen minutes before serving add white fish. Five minutes before serving add shellfish. Serves 4.
