SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. lean pork, cut in 1 inch cubes*
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. water
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 c. Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
1 c. pineapple chunks
rice or Chinese noodles

*You can use precooked ham and it doesn't take as long to cook.

Blend cornstarch and soy sauce; stir in pork. Brown pork in hot oil in a skillet over medium/high heat. Add water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir vegetables and sweet and sour sauce into pork mixture, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add pineapple chunks and cook to heat. Serve over hot rice or chinese noodles that have been warmed.
