HASH BROWN POTATO SALAD 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. celery slices
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Salt & pepper
Lettuce
Parsley
Radish roses

Add potatoes to 1 quart boiling water; return to boil. Cover; cook 2 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Combine potatoes, salad dressing, celery, green pepper, onion, pimento and eggs; mix lightly. Season to taste; chill. Add additional salad dressing before serving, if desired. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl; garnish with parsley and radishes. 8-10 servings.
