IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices of bacon (1/2 lb.)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with crisply fried and crumbled bacon, the cheese and onion evenly over bottom of the plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender on high for one minute. Pour into pie dish. Bake until brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean - about 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
