VEGGIES ON THE GRILL 
Broccoli flowerettes
Carrots, sliced
Onions, rings
Mushrooms, fresh
Red, yellow and green peppers, (strips)
Celery, chopped
Red potatoes, not peeled 1/4 inch slices
Zucchini, sliced
Summer squash, sliced
butter
Salt, pepper or favorite spices

Wrap vegetables in triple layer of tin foil, folded sides together. Cook on grill for approximately 20 to 30 minutes turning every 10 minutes.
