DOUGHBOY MULTI-GRAIN BAKING MIX | |
6 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour 2 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 5 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. salt 1 1/2 c. shortening In very large bowl, combine all ingredients except shortening. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in shortening until crumbly. Transfer to tightly covered container. Use as directed in following recipes. Store in refrigerator up to 4 weeks. Makes 12 cups. |
