IN AND OUT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix on low speed until blended. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl for topping. Add 1/2 topping to batter and mix slightly. Spread batter in greased 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with remainder of topping.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
