CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream
7 oz. spaghetti, broken into sm. pieces, cooked & drained
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into an 9"x13"x2" pan (greased). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly in center.
