RICHWOOD PEPPER CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
3 c. celery
1 c. peppers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar (white)
3/4 tbsp. salt or less
1 tbsp. celery seed

Grind or finely chop the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make ahead so that flavors blend. Keeps well in covered jar in refrigerator.
