GRANOLA 
4 c. rolled oats
2 c. rye or other rolled flakes
2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. cashews, chopped
1 c. almonds, chopped

Mix well.

HONEY MIXTURE:

1 c. oil
1 c. honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Heat honey mixture, then stir into granola mixture. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Take out of pan right away to cool then add:

1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sesame seeds
