ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 oz. diced pimentos
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Combine first 6 ingredients in greased casserole. Combine butter and cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
