COOL SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box apricot Jello
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Bring pineapple and juice to a boil. Add Jello; mix well. Set aside to cool completely. Mix buttermilk with Cool Whip. Add pineapple and Jello. Refrigerate. Keeps well for a long time.
