STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water

Brown meat in skillet with butter. Remove meat, cook onions until tender. Stir in soup, sour cream, and water. Add meat, cover skillet and simmer 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over noodles or rice.
