QUICHE 
4 slices bacon (you can use sausage; 1 c.)
3 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Beat eggs, biscuit mix, butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9-inch or bigger pie plate. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over top; press gently.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
