CONCH FRITTERS BAHAMIAN RECIPE 
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 chopped conch, finely diced and tenderized
4 c. flour
1 green pepper
2 sm. hot peppers, or less
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Take stewed tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, hot peppers and put into food processor. Chop very well. Add chopped conch. Pour into bowl and add baking powder; stir. Mix flour in and then take fork and dip into bowl and drop little balls into hot oil. Deep fry until brown.
