HONEY GRAPEFRUIT MOLD 
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grapefruit juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 grapefruit (canned may be used)

Soak gelatin in cold water 5 minutes; add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add honey, salt, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and lemon juice; cool. When mixture is slightly thickened, fold in nuts and grapefruit sections. Turn into mold and chill.
