SQUASH SUPREME 
2 c. mashed winter squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 carrot, grated
1/3 c. chopped onion
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned bread crumbs

Mix first 5 ingredients; add salt and pepper to taste. Butter shallow 2 quart baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add squash mixture. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs and dot generously with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
