SCOOP AND DOOP 
2 cans chopped mild chili peppers
4 oz. grated yellow Cheddar cheese
4 oz. grated orange Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk

Butter bottom of pie plate. Drain chilies. Place in pie plate. Sprinkle cheese over chili peppers, press down. Beat 2 eggs and milk together and pour on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm. Scoop out with crackers.
