STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries with juice (let thaw)
4 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Make well in center. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Prepare 2 loaf pans. Grease and flour the pans.

Bake at 350°F for 60 to 75 minutes. Let loaves cool in pans for 2 minutes and remove from pans.
