STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
(with chives if possible)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (chopped or dry)
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg

Cook spinach and drain well. Chop mushroom stems finely and saute in butter with onions, garlic. Add parsley. Crumble cream cheese into hot spinach. Add rest of mixture. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stuff mushrooms. Put small bit of water in baking dish. Arrange mushrooms in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until onions are brown.
