2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
few grains of salt
1 c. Nestles Semisweet chocolate or butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir till loses shine. Pour in buttered cold pan. Cut when cool.
