PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c molasses
1/2 c butter, melted
1 c pecan halves
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs until light; add sugar and beat again. Add molasses, melted butter, pecans salt and vanilla. Mix well and pour into pie shell.

Bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes; lower heat to 350°F and cook until custard is set.
