BUTTERSCOTCH FONDUE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. water
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first four ingredients and bring to a boil in fondue pan (or on top of range). Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Simmer. Dip in pieces of fruit such as apple, pineapple chunks, marshmallows or cake.
