CEREAL PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. white Karo syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth) (or 1-12 oz. jar) 4 1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal Bring the sugar and syrup to boil. When it is bubbly, remove from heat. Add the vanilla and peanut butter. Add the cereal and mix well. Drop by tablespoon or teaspoon (according to the size you want) onto waxed paper. Let cool for about 2 to 3 hours before storing with waxed paper between the layers. Makes about 60 tablespoon size. |
