LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 c. softened butter
3 eggs
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Grease bottoms only of four 5 1/2 x 3 inch mini loaf pans. Combine ingredients, beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until well mixed. Pour into prepared pans and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees F or until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

GLAZE:

Stir together 1/3 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. Pour over warm bread. Cool 10 minutes before removing loaves from pan. Wrap tightly to freeze.
