4 c. cubed zucchini
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped fine onion
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
Oregano
1/2 c. Romano grated cheese
Parsley

Mix all together, place in greased oblong dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares.
