NO SUGAR APPLE PIE 
4 to 6 apples
4 tbsp. raisins
4 tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts
Cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 c. GrapeNuts
1 c. apple juice

Cut the apples to wedges, discarding the core. Place in bottom of an ungreased 9x9 inch cooking pan. Put the raisins and nuts on top and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover the entire top with GrapeNuts. Dribble the cup of apple juice over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with buttermilk or non-fat yogurt.
