HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, except croutons and cheese. Pour croutons over all and top with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6.
