6 - WEEK MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
4 unbeaten eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates

Combine dry ingredients in huge bowl and mix well. Add liquid ingredients and mix well again. Fill tins 2/3 full (use cupcake papers) and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Store the rest of the batter, covered, in the refrigerator and use as desired. Batter will keep up to 6 weeks.
