POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
30 chicken wings or drumsticks
1 (2 lb.) jar apricot pineapple preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle of Russian dressing
1 env. of onion soup

Combine preserves, Russian dressing and onion mix. Pour mixture over chicken and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
