CHOCOLATE SQUASH CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk (or regular milk with 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar)
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. shredded zucchini, drained

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together sugars, butter and oil. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Sift together dry ingredients and stir in. Stir in squash. Spread in greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 45 minutes or until cake tests done with toothpick.
