CARAMEL SNAPPER TURTLES | |
Sm. pecan halves (1 c.) 36 light caramels 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted Grease cookie sheet. Arrange pecans, flat side down, in groups of four. Put 1 caramel on each cluster. Heat in oven at 325 degrees for 4 to 8 minutes until caramels soften. Watch carefully. Caramels melt at a different rate. With spatula, flatten caramels over pecans. Cool slightly, remove from pan to wax paper. Swirl a small spoon of melted chocolate on top. Cool. Makes 36. |
