1 pan cornbread
12-14 biscuits
4-5 slices bread
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 c. celery, chopped
7-9 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. sage
Black pepper
1 tsp. salt

You will need the broth from one cooked hen, if not rich enough, add 1/4 stick butter. Mix everything together and add broth. Mix well to blend flavorings. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with a few pats of butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
