CHICKEN PILAF 
1 pkg. of chicken pieces (about 3 lbs.)
2 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. frozen peas
1 individual carton Mrs. Grass' chicken flavored noodle soup mix
1 c. uncooked long grain rice

Brown chicken. In oven proof dish, stir in water, rice, soup, and vegetables. Add chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Can also be cooked on top of stove. Either way, pot should be covered.
