BAR-B-QUE PORK 
1 pork roast cut into sm. sq., removed from bone
1 bottle chili sauce, add a little water to cover roast
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. dill pickle, chopped fine

Cook very slowly for 3 to 4 hours. Add chili powder to taste at the last minute. Serve on buns.
