CHEESY CHICKEN BREASTS 
3 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Wash chicken, pat dry. Combine butter, lemon juice and seasonings. Brush over chicken breast. Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat, skin side down for 15 minutes. Brush every 5 minutes with butter mixture. Turn and grill 10 minutes longer or until chicken is tender. Brush after 5 minutes with butter mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Grill until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.
