LAYERED FIESTA SPREAD
(Microwave)
 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (6 oz.) container frozen avocado dip
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Cook ground beef and onion on 100% power for 5-8 minutes. Add chili powder and refried beans and cook, covered, for 4-6 minutes. Spread avocado dip on meat and cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Top with cheese and cook 1 or 2 minutes. Dollop sour cream over the cheese and serve with tortilla or corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
