BREADED CAULIFLOWER 
1 cauliflower
1 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese (optional)

If using cheese, mix it with bread crumbs.

Cook (steam or boil) cauliflower and break off flowers. Coat with beaten egg and bread crumbs. Fry flowerets until golden brown.
