PANCAKES 
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
dash of salt
buttermilk

Combine flour, eggs, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt and enough buttermilk to make it the consistency you prefer. Beat by hand until well blended. Best if made the night before you need it.
