1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. fudge strip cookies

Beat pudding and buttermilk for 2 minutes. Mix in oranges, pineapple, and Cool Whip. Fold in broken cookies just before serving.
