PEANUT BUTTER TANDI-CAKE | |
4 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder Combine above ingredients, pour into a jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1) and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread 1 cup of peanut butter on cake as soon as it is removed from the oven. Place in refrigerator to cool and peanut butter will set. Melt 8 ounces of milk or semi sweet chocolate morsels with 1 tablespoon of oil. Spread over cooled peanut butter and return to refrigerator. Serve when chocolate is set. |
