BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 1/3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter (no substitute)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Sift and measure flour add salt and baking powder and sift together. Cream butter. Add sugar gradually, then egg. Mix until very fluffy.

Add vanilla to milk and alternate adding flour and milk. Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8 inch pan.

Top with 1 cup frozen or froze blueberries or 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package (well drained) frozen blueberries.

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Best served warm.
