NOODLES & CABBAGE WITH MUSHROOMS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. chopped or sliced cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 can mushrooms
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Melt butter and saute with onion until tender. Add cabbage and saute 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add caraway seeds, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Add cabbage mixture to the noodles. Mix well and serve. You can also add peas and carrots, if desired.
