CHICKEN PARMESAN OR CHEESE
CHICKEN
 
1 chicken, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread or corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika for "sprinkling"

Dip chicken in butter. Coat with mixture of crumbs and cheese. Arrange in 12 x 8 x 2 inch dish, skin side up, with thick meaty pieces to the outside edges of dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high 18 to 22 minutes, until meat is tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Sprinkling with paprika before cooking is an option.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
