Prepare boxed cake mix as directed, then pour a scant 1/4 cup batter in each cone. (Comet brand has a flat bottom which will stand on a cookie sheet.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool and frost if desired. Great to take as a kids classroom snack.
