RHUBARB COBBLER 
4-5 c. raw or frozen rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello powder (sm. size)
1 c. water

Put into baking dish in order. Take a 9 ounce Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow). Sprinkle over mixture. Take 1/4 cup butter, melted; sprinkle over top. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. May not get really brown.
