ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
1 pkg. Birds eye frozen peas
1 lb. boneless skinless breast of chicken (cubed)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 c. water

Cook vegetables according to directions. Saute chicken with remaining ingredients until done. Add vegetables. Simmer covered 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
